A Good Idea But False Teaching!

A few weeks Ago , I saw this Insert in the Paper where a church in West Knoxville was doing a mail Bible Study Course Maybe 20 weeks.
I thought thats a great idea. I prayed that many will do this and learn The Bible.
You cannot know God without Knowing his word. Jesus is the word of God.
I started taking this course and the Pastor's wife would grade them and send them back with new ones.
She even told me about the same church in Maynardville. I went to visit and got up and walked out after the Pastor said that there would be no Rapture of the Church. I knew this was wrong but continued to take the Bible Study. Each time something else would stand out that I knew was not right.
I started disagreeing with them on the study and sending it back.
One day the Pastor's Wife sent me much literature about what they believe. I looked this over and found their beliefs to be False Teaching. A doctrine of man not God.
I wrote the Pastors wife and told her so and sent scriptures. They are changing the scriptures to mean what they wanted them to mean ....instead of what God meant. I told the Pastors wife that it is not God's will ...to live a defeated life denying the teaching of the Holy Spirit.
If I had not known God's word ,I would have been decieved.
Deception and confusion come from Satan .
