Where's The Good News?

I HAVE VISITED ......many Churches since I moved to Union Co.
I have to say that I am discouraged at times.
I thank God that He has taught me enough of His Word so that I can be discerning.

Many Churches have a fornm of godliness but Deny the Truth and Power Of God.
I have learnt much since visiting different Churches. Everything God said in his word is so true.
I visited one Wednesday Night.
I knew that I was in the wrong place almost before I got in the door.
Friendly people almost amazed that they had a visitor.
I could see right away when I was the only woman with a pair of pants on and almost the only one with paint on my face that They look upon the outside and not on the inside most likely.
They have a rule book but, I am respectful so I stayed on.
Even when they begin to sing and ask God to Come and be with us( When God clearly says that He will Never leave us nor Forsake us as Believers.) No one raises their hands to give Praise to God.(I surely cannot understand this at all).
The Preacher reads 4 Scriptures and Quotes afew. He spoke 2 Major Truths that Jesus Is Coming Soon and That He Will Judge The World.
But He Forgot To Say That Right Now God Is Extending Grace To all Who will Come to Him.
God Does Not Want Anyone To Perish.
He Forgot To say That It is the Goodness Of God That Leads men To Repentance.
That The Power Of the Gospel Is The Power Of God Unto Salvation.

After that(THe Preacher) He went on to talk about The Ungodliness in the world (This we Know about)
Then on to Our new President, who has already done ungodly things in his short time. He signed the Bill to allow Women to choose to abort their babies, He has signed for Stem-Cell Research .I find this amazing that People will say that Fetus' are only a glob of flesh (not Human) but will do research on aborted flesh many times(very Contradicting).
Any way this negative ,dooming Preacher talked about Homosexuals, murders, How bad America is ,Our President, Our culture, The Superbowl, where the Churches will be empty on that Sunday (if I were a member of this Church ,I would stay home that day too).

He never did get to the Good News that there is a solution to all the ungodliness. The Good News(the Gospel) that changes Lives. That Jesus already paid for our sins and that he is our hope.
I prayed for the preacher and the Church.
The Preacher did get One Revelation because at the end of the service ,He told the Church to shake my hand and Thank me for coming because He said that they would probably not get another chance to. He was right. I will not stay or be back to a Church where God is evidently NOT THERE. Amen.
I will Not Go to The Pharisee Church Where We are Accepted By God On What We Do ...When It Is only in Accepting what Jesus Did that makes us acceptable to God.
